The co-efficient of friction is 0.1 and the intensity of pressure is limited to 0.3N/mm2. Assuming uniform pressure theory and wear theory. Calculate Power transmitting capacity at 865rpm

An automotive type internal expanding double shoe brake is shown in figure. The face width of the friction lining is 62mm and the maximum intensity of normal pressure is limited to 1N/mm2 . The co-efficient of friction is 0.32. The angle A1 can be assumed as zero.
